Shipping & Handling

Shipping is tracked and free Australia-wide! We endeavour to ship all orders within 3 business days, with most orders being dispatched within 48 hours.

Orders including pre-order items will be shipped once all items are in stock. Orders placed on a weekend or a NSW public holiday will be processed the following business day.  

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, all orders are sent with Authority to Leave. If you would like the parcel to be left at a particular spot on your property, please indicate in Additional Comments with details on where the courier should leave your parcel.

We will notify you by email or phone if we become aware of any expected delays.


Delivery Times

While we would love to be able to let you know EXACTLY how long it will take for your beautiful package to arrive, it’s not possible for us to guarantee delivery times or delivery dates. In Australia, we rely on the generous services of Australia Post (free Parcel Post shipping or upgrade to Express Post). All orders are dispatched from Willoughby, NSW. Approximate shipping times can be estimated via the Australia Post website: https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/calculate-postage-delivery-times/#/

We have also added an Australia Post EXPRESS POST UPGRADE option at checkout. Please select this option if you need your parcel urgently, otherwise parcels will be dispatched and shipped in accordance with our policy above.

If you are concerned/worried about how long your package is taking, please do not hesitate to contact us.  We will try our best to get you all the information you need and provide tracking with all parcels to help minimise any issues experienced.

We like to keep you in the know about what is happening with your order, so expect an email from us or the courier notifying you that your parcel is on its way, along with its tracking number (in case you want to keep a close eye on it).


Gifts

If your order is intended as a gift, please write "GIFT" in the order comments. We will ship to the provided shipping address without an invoice, and send your invoice electronically to your order email address. If your shipping address is different to your billing address we will also send your invoice electronically, and no invoice will be delivered with your order. This way your purchase amount remains your private information.
